Welcome

Most of my projects have lived here for years without me ever explaining what I was thinking while I built them. The repo was the artifact. The thing was the point. Adding a blog is admitting that wasn’t enough, because half the value of building something in the open is the running commentary that nobody bothers to write down once the code ships.

So this is the place for the part that wasn’t in the README. Why I started a thing, why I killed one, what I learned from a project that didn’t go anywhere. The /now page is for the rolling state. The blog is for thinking that has finally cooled enough to be worth pinning down.

What I won’t do here: drive-by hot takes, monthly reviews, productivity gospel, AI takes, anything where I’d have nothing to add over the existing version of the same post written by twenty other people.
